Returns & Exchanges Policy – LUIZO COSVEE

At LUIZO COSVEE, we take pride in crafting high-quality, long-lasting perfumes in FDA-certified facilities. However, as with all personal care and cosmetic products, perfumes are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered — in line with hygiene, safety, and industry standards across India.


This is a standard practice across the fragrance and beauty industry, including major brands and e-commerce platforms, to ensure product integrity and consumer safety.



🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

All perfume purchases (including singles and combo sets) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any of the following conditions:


  • The product has been delivered (even if unopened or unused)
  • The product is sealed but the outer packaging has been tampered with or damaged
  • The order was placed correctly and delivered as described

💡 Why? Perfumes are classified as personal hygiene products. Once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee sterility or authenticity for resale — even if the seal appears intact.




✅ Exceptions (Only in Rare Cases)

We will consider a return or replacement only if:


  1. Wrong item delivered – You received a product you did not order.
  2. Damaged or defective on arrival – Bottle is cracked, leaking, or cap is broken at the time of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup and issue a replacement (not a refund).
  • Refunds are not provided — only replacements for genuine fulfillment errors.
